Mimecast set out on a mission to recognize and reward global customer advocates (community super users) through a comprehensive program that was integrated into their existing community program in 2016.
On this call TheCR Member @Ryan Arsenault will share their goals for launching the program, the process of developing and launching the program, and the different pieceparts that make up the program.
