Description

UK based: Blue Prism is seeking a community associate to support the community team in activities that enhance the service provided to our members.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the community team in the day-to-day operations and platform management
  • Manage community monthly reporting and analysis on key trends, identifying areas for additional scrutiny, including internal metrics and external metrics such as content usage and SEO reporting
  • Manage content to ensure questions/threads are in the right forum
  • Manage internal communications, top X lists and train internal members how to support our customers via community
  • Manage the community digital workers
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of style and usability of the community site

Key Interactions and Working Relationships

  • All internal contributors to the community across the business including any ‘technical’ role from pre-sales to professional services, product to support
  • Customer Success managers and directors
  • Corporate events team
  • Field marketing teams

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Experience being an active member of an online community, preferably a B2B online community.
  • Good understanding and interest in community management and willing to develop their career in this field
  • Prior experience in managing a community is a plus (even a small-scale hobbyist community in your spare time)
  • Experience executing small projects and small-scale physical or online events
  • Good at driving momentum and collaborating well with others
  • Willing to go the extra mile to serve and delight our customers
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly (Experience with community platforms such as Higher Logic, Salesforce Communities, Khoros (Lithium) or Discourse a plus)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
