The Opportunity
This role will be career defining. You’ll lead the design, development and implementation of Archway’s global community engagement strategy.
The focus will be on growing and engaging our community through creative community strategies that best serve our different audiences. All whilst leading and building a high performing team of Community Managers, setting strategic direction to hit growth goals.

- Professional experience within Web 3.0
- Experience hiring, building and leading a team
- History developing tailored strategies to manage and grow communities user-bases in the Web 3.0 space across DeFi and NFTs
