This assessment will help you understand your community management maturity by giving you a scorecard with your maturity for each of the eight competencies in the Community Maturity Model.
We expect the survey to take less than 20 minutes for you to complete.
Please answer these questions based on your experience with a focus on one specific community or community program. You are welcome to submit answers for as many separate communities as you like. Accuracy is important, but we expect there is a level of estimation and rounding that goes into the answers.
Your answers will not be shared with anyone.
