The People You’ll Meet in Community Management Training

August 29, 2013 By Leanne Chase

It’s an exciting time of year.  Kids are headed back to school, offices are buzzing again with an increased workload and manager’s thoughts turn to productivity.  Those interested in bettering their social media and community management team’s engagement skills are gathering together online starting September 10th for our upcoming community management training program.  But honestly, this program is less about us and more about the company we keep.  Without our extensive TheCR Network members or the relationships we’ve grown as this business has grown, this training could not happen.  From giving us the idea, to showing us the need, to providing the curriculum, we are the facilitators but they provide the content, the context and the real world examples that set this training apart.

Not only will you get to listen to their wisdom, you’ll get to ask questions and discuss your challenges both during sessions and in a private community that will continue long after the sessions end.  We are very excited to be able to bring this level of expertise and access to you and thanks to a great blog series our training partner WOMMA has put together we are proud to introduce you to:

Jeff Esposito – How to Build Your Community Through Social Networks

jeff-esposito-2Jeff will talk through some of the challenges of building a community and tools that can help streamline efforts.  He will also cover what’s next for community and social media managers as they look to expand their careers.

JJ Lovett – How to Evaluate the Maturity of Your Community

jj-2 There are different ways of looking at communities in terms of maturity, health and participation.  In JJ’s session you will learn how community managers assess the health and activity in their varied communities and how you can do the same for yours.

Maggie Tunning – Executive Behavior in the Social Media Space

maggie-2 Maggie has studied and analyzed the behavior of executives with regard to their social habits inside and out.  Thanks to a great group of study participants she will offer insights into how to best engage those executives to drive further interaction with your brand’s audience.

These are just a few of the great presenters we have for you to meet.  Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to learn from and network with smart, experienced community professionals.  Register today.
