Jillian Bejtlich proudly refers to herself as a data nerd. She’s enamored with communities and the sociological, numerical, and technical puzzles they present. Jillian has extensive experience with all things community including moderation, engagement, strategy, metrics, analysis, interface, and user experience with nearly a decade of community practice.
At The Community Roundtable, Jillian has focused her efforts on providing encompassing strategies and advisory services to numerous clients while providing in-depth data analysis for a variety of research projects.
Prior to her time at The Community Roundtable, Jillian was the community manager for Autodesk’s vibrant and branded two million strong customer community. During her time there, she founded Autodesk’s Expert Elite program which continues to be a successful and growing Ambassador program today.
Jillian is a natural born problem solver made even more tactical and efficient by degrees in engineering and interactive digital technology. Her studies, career, and independent work have fostered a solid proficiency and enthusiasm in the intersection of mathematics, business, and communication. Her studies have included an abundance of courses in mathematics and physics including statistics, strategic data analysis, calculus, and research methods.
