This week ComBlu, one of our partners in the community management training program released their annual report on online branded communities. And we are thrilled to see 4 members of TheCR Network called out in this important study, yet we’re not surprised. People who are willing to share their challenges and successes with peers also listen carefully and soak up lessons from others. They have made building community and social business a priority in their organizations and it is being recognized in the industry.
Congratulations to Verizon, SAP, AT&T and Aetna for making the grade!
The report is interesting and full of great information including best practices, worst practices, how and why companies have risen in the rankings or fallen from year to year.
You will also find:
- Examples of how brands elevate their advocates
- Content best practices
- Examples of community engagement that is mission appropriate
- And the most surprising to us – only 52% engage in actively managing their communities (I think you can guess how we feel about that one)
There are great mini-case studies in the report as well as pictures that tell 1,000 words like this one:
TheCR Network is a membership network that provides strategic, tactical and professional development programming for community and social business leaders. The network enables members to connect and form lasting relationships with experts and peers as well as get access to vetted content.
