Our Community Careers and Compensation research is built upon the Community Skills Framework. In addition to questions about the salaries, roles, and titles of community professionals, our research also captured the skills that community professionals at all levels find most valuable and explored where community sits within the organizational structures of businesses, nonprofits, and other organizations.
