October might seem far away but we’re diligently planning every last detail for our annual community workshop – TheCR Connect. Our content team just released the agenda and I wanted to share it with you ASAP!
The overarching theme of this year’s Connect is “Telling Your Community Story” and in practice, this touches on almost every facet of the community management journey.
- How do you build your community’s narrative?

- What is the most compelling part of your community story?
The agenda for Connect 2017 weaves the more practical aspect of storytelling – metrics, dashboards, etc with the harder to define – stakeholder buy-in, advocate cultivation through a series of lightning talks, roundtables, and workshops.
This year we’re experimenting with cohort sessions – small groups that meet regularly throughout the event to share back big ideas, ask questions and connect on an even deeper level.
