Navigating the Evolution of Community Expectations with Gail Gallaher

In this workshop, we’ll explore the shifting landscape of online communities and the expectations your members have for them.
We’ll start with a presentation from @Gail Gallaher that links together her experiences growing up in online communities, Internet “generations” research, platforms such as Discord, thought leadership about the “Community Everywhere” Era, community tools such as Orbit and Common Room, and how all of the above may influence the dynamics in your community. Then, there will be an open forum for questions and discussions with peers about how we can approach the opportunities and challenges of this evolution. We hope to see you there!
