Bio: Jeffrey Roe and is a community manager. He currently serve as Head of Community at Arival, a membership community for Tour, Activity & Attraction providers. Outside of his 9 to 5, he also serve as Director of Community for the Tampa Bay, FL chapter of CMX Connect, a professional network for community managers who come together for in-person and virtual networking events.

In his own words:
Over the course of my 12 year journey as a community professional, I’ve had the privilege to work with dozens of brands in roles leading teams of community managers that helped empower organizations to achieve measurable business growth by building meaningful relationships with their customers. This included the strategizing, execution, and measurement of community programs for brands like Facebook, Best Buy, H&R Block, Meta Quest, Red Table Talk, and Bayer.

I’m half Irish and half Puerto Rican. I was born in NYC, raised in Jersey City, NJ and currently reside in St. Petersburg, FL. In my spare time, I love going to concerts, watching movies and TV. I also fancy myself a video production aficionado and enjoy connecting with members of the film community in my local area.
