The 2011 State of Community Management report has received far reaching interest and support. Part of what makes the State of Community Management report so compelling is the aggregation of practitioner voices. Last week we were thrilled to have Dan Brostek, social business leader at Aetna, and Cindy Meltzer, Community Manager at Isis Parenting, join us to present on a webinar with The Social Customer in which they highlighted their key takeaways and perspectives. Dan shared the enterprise perspective while Cindy covered the topic from the perspective of a discrete community management role. Their insights and stories helped to give others a contextual and realistic perspective of what community management means for them and their organizations, both critical but with different opportunities and challenges
We have two more webinars planned, both which will offer different takes and perspectives.
On Thursday, May 5th at 1pm ET join Jim Storer and Guy Martin from CollabNet who manages the Forge.mil developer community. Register for this Acquia-hosted webinar here.
On Tuesday, May 10th at 2pm ET join Rachel Happe and Zakk Cica, Community Manager at Igloo Software talk about the key community management trends required to build a successful community. Register for this Igloo Software-hosted webinar here.
