There are two discussions, the first will focus on internal community insights and the second, external. An internal community is an employee community, intranet, or community of practice, which is sometimes referred to as a digital workplace initiative. An external community is a customer or partner community focused on customer support, product innovation, marketing initiatives, and brand awareness. Please choose the event that makes the most sense for you.
