Job Description: 
This individual works within the Community Center of Excellence as the Community Strategy and Value Manager. The role is responsible to define Intel’s enterprise-level community vision and strategy. The candidate will ensure alignment of Community CoE strategic vision to our global strategy and overall marketing imperatives, drive the creation and delivery of the enterprise level community strategy, define and track Community CoE value, provide guidance to programs on how to apply the community vision to specific audiences and activate leadership enablement and socialization across the enterprise. We are looking for a high-energy, self-directed, proactive, dedicated, collaborative, strategic, and community strategy experienced individual who also has a deep understanding of the holistic digital experiences in today’s world. This role requires collaborating and working across internal business units, other internal and external partners, and agencies. The candidate can move seamlessly between multiple projects, and must have strong people and communication skills, high emotional intelligence and strong presentation skills.

 

Responsibilities include:

– Working with Intel stakeholders – including Business Units, product marketing teams, sales, countries, and outside vendors – to maximize the value of Intel’s communities while meeting business needs of stakeholders

– Define enterprise community strategic vision and Community CoE value

– Ensure alignment of Community CoE strategic vision to global strategy and overall marketing imperatives

– Drive the creation and delivery of the enterprise level community strategy

– Track Community CoE value delivered through qualitative and quantitative data and supports ongoing value case for budget discussions

– Provide guidance to programs on how to apply the community vision to specific audiences and leverage Community CoE resources to accelerate the onboarding and alignment phases of community programs in partnership with Community Operations Manager

– Activate senior leadership enablement and socialization across the enterprise

– Create and manage Community CoE communications plan to inform, educate and build internal community advocacy

– Define and create resources to build internal awareness and knowledge of existing Intel community programs

– Collaborate with corporate communications for enterprise needs and requirements when delivering community messaging

– Assess and analyze the pipeline of community programs in partnership with Community Operations Manager

– Partner with multiple internal departments including Business Units, product marketing teams, sales, countries, and outside vendors, aligning their community initiatives to a unified and cohesive customer experience

– Influence global community teams to deliver holistic Community experience correlated to the buyer journey

– Demonstrated experience influencing across functional boundaries and/or globally

– Experience translating business needs into community requirements

– Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted programs with the ability to drive projects through completion

– Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing and sometimes ambiguous environment, make decisions quickly, manage simultaneous projects, and work with many stakeholders across internal groups and geographies

– Self-directed, proactive, organized, efficient, detail oriented, accountable, enthusiastic

– Lead, motivate, and drive with empathy

– Sense of urgency; actively listens to others and acts upon information gained

– Ability to establish trust and develop interpersonal relationships and rapport with others

– Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and dealing with confrontation

– A leader who can drive consensus and articulate program recommendations and tradeoffs to senior leadership

– Be a natural communicator with strong written and presentation skills

– Experience with technology industry is welcome but not mandatory

– Sense of humor: we like to have fun while we work

 

 

Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

 

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree

– 5+ in building community engagement/advocacy programs

– 3+ years’ experience managing multi-functional teams and driving cross-functional projects across different time zones
