Principal Responsibilities:
- Identifies and cultivates key relationships with applicable internal and external stakeholders.
- Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies and programs.
- Creates, develops and manage the introduction of new programs, marketing activities and events.
- Communicate and promote marketing programs and activities with social media, PR and email marketing teams.
- Host competitions, webinars, and online events, handling any logistics and delivering what is needed for these programs.
- Discuss obligations and requirements with outside suppliers for the development and delivery of marketing programs.
- May oversee the tracking of supplier activities.
Required Skills
- Ability to manage campaigns independently, communicate with internal and external
stakeholders and deliver programs on time. - Solid Copy Writing Skills
- Communicate digitally and within a community of engineers
- Work internationally with Microsoft Teams, Emails, Office 365 and Sharepoint.
- Solid presentation skills to the public
- Ability to use project management and workflow systems like Workfront or Gantt Charts
- Targeting content and campaigns to encourage recruitment, participation and feedback from a community or customers
Your Ideal Work Experience
- 3+ Years Experience within the Electronics, Marketing or community industries with a bachelor’s degree and/or
- Experience within online or offline community environments in a paid or volunteer role.
