By Amy Turner, The Community Roundtable
Have you been encouraged to “Work Out Loud” and thought, “Um, I’ll just keep working quietly over here at my desk, thanks.”? Turns out working out loud is less about shouting your to-do list to your officemates (or in my case, my dog – who definitely does not care) and more about sharing your work goals and initiatives to promote collaboration between team members, clients and partners.
We were excited to share our brand new Work Out Loud framework this week, and Rachel shared an in-depth look at the link between the power of communities and culture change. Learn more, and download your very own copy of the new WOL framework here.
