Here at The Community Roundtable we love online connections: watching members swap war stories in TheCR Network, listening in as problems get discussed and resolved on a roundtable call or even the growing comments on a particularly provocative blog post create real and meaningful relationships. With that being said, we recognize nothing can replace the spark and satisfaction of gathering a group of people to explore and learn together, face-to-face.
To that end we are excited to launch the first in our series of live, in-person events – meet TheCR Summit! The first event will take place right outside Philadelphia on November 20th and we’ve very excited to partner with the team from SAP to tackle the topic of “culture change.” TheCR Summit: Hacking Culture will focus on co-creating actionable take aways and instead of a day of expert commentary, we’re digging into what defines culture in organizations, how to assess the temperature of your culture and identifying the essential components of a culture toolkit through interactive working groups.
We’ve invited several guests with expertise in this area to inspire and us and expect an interesting and thoughtful exploration of the topic. We have a limited number of seats available for invited guests – please contact us if you’re interested in learning more. We hope to hear from you!
